GeForce 210 Question

My video card died a couple weeks ago and I put my computer in the shop. They ordered and installed a new card for me, the GeForce 210. Everything works great except I'm experiencing unusually low (lower than before) FPS in World of Warcraft. I assumed they installed the latest driver for the 210 for me, but I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure they installed version 178.13, but when I looked it up Nvidia said the latest driver for my card is version 196.21, which I downloaded but didn't install. I don't want to install a new driver and something go wrong.. can anyone tell me if the driver I downloaded is a good idea to install? thanks
 
I would go ahead and install the drive you downloaded, there have been known drivers that have caused problems and updating them has solved it.
 
what card did you have before? I'm guessing you had a better card before. anyway, install the new drivers.

I bet they also charged you a small fortune for that cruddy card.

Also, NEVER EVER EVER take your computer to a shop again. they overcharge like no tomorrow. If you're ever in doubt, ask here first :good:
