geforce 6200 250w psu?

my specs
dell optiplex gx270 bigest of the 3 models

p4 3gz ht
1536mb ram
40gb western digital
1 x floopy drive
1 x sony dvd+rewiter
250w psu

i was told dat the geforce 6200 will be ok on my 250w psu aslong as its got anouth amps? as im looking 2 buy this card as it has cum up cheep im not a hardcore gamer will just be for older games an movies
can somone help?and will i only behald 2 install the 128mb card or can i put the 256mb in thanks

Enjoy it. I had that card for a while. If you do buy one, make sure the memory is 128-bit. The one i bought had 512mb but was only 64-bit memory. the normal one is 128-bit memory and only has 256mb of memory.
