If were talking price performance, i would probably go with the ultra.
But if you can stretch the budget go with the 7800

wat?!?! the Ultra 512mb is like $700-$1000...and the 7800 gt is ~$350 and its better.
but the 6800GT 512mb is only $319 on newegg but still the 7800gt is better.

also you get the same perfermance with a 6800 ultra 256mb as you would with the 512mb. the extra 256mb did barely anything....

i do read over my posts and it made sence the ultra is 280 pounds and the 7800 gt is 250
