GeForce 7900GT 256MB best video card under $200?

It says on the description that it is vista ready...

Well my card laggs like carzy...it might be just mine but i cant play any games...

the 8800 is more expensive, hence it is more powerful. it'll last longer and give better porformance is what i think he means.

The only problem with that card is that it is twice as tall as the other. My case only has room for one slot. I am trying to find something good that will fit...
