Geforce gt 220 not working with new drivers

I have geforce gt 220 assembled by ASUS.When i update my graphics card driver everything work ok but when im browsing the internet with newer drivers computer freeze.Im using Mozzila ,but also tried with IE and chrome and there is freezing, WHILE THERE IS NO FREEZE WITH OLD DRIVERS FROM CD.I tried different updating methods like, overwriting old drivers, performing a clean installation deleting files from program files and registry.That happen with driver version 301.42.Also tried driver version 267.85 which i downloaded from ASUS website and tried with different methods of updating and there is still freezing. Also tested newer drivers with game Age of empires 3 and WORKED. Tried updating direct x using direct x runtime componnets. Also tested Direct 3d and Direct Draw in dxdiag and is working. Only problem is when im using internet.

Im using wndows xp SP3

CPU:AMD Athlon X2 3600+
MB:ASUS M2V
RAM:1 GB
GPU:Nvidia Geforce GT 220 assembled by ASUS
 
Stick with the original drivers if they work ok, never update unless you have to......
