these are the links to the both of them. im building a new computer and its kind of a hard decision. i've been told that the Radeon HD 5770 was slightly better, but just kind of wanted a second opinion.

Like the other poster Said, the GTX 460 would be a good way to go. But that is a mATX board and a single slot card will save you a lot of space.

+1 on the Gamma, it's much better than any of CM's "elite" cases.

That Silverstone PSU is definitely better than the OCZ, but not as good as the Seasonic. Same unit as the Corsair VX450, I believe. However, since a windowed case isn't being used, the best unit for the price is absolutely an Antec EA650:

Ok, this answers my question about the video card and I think I'm ready to build. But before I do, is the CPU able to handle the video card? I'm just worried because the last computer I got had a pretty nice video card but the processor was crap and couldn't handle the card.

There won't be a bottleneck, your CPU will "handle" your GPU fine.
