So, since I last was on the topic of my first build, I had ended up buying a Laptop for school. Since, I have come up with the money to start building again. Now, I need help on Video/Graphic cards.

Radeon's faster by quite a considerable amount in almost every situation http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/539?vs=541

I'd say the extra cost is probably worth it if you're playing games.

What are you going to be using the final PC for?

The hd6850 is a way faster, the price is worth it. What are you planning to do? (like vista asked)
If you're planning to play games, the hd 6850 is a much better choice.

Definitely Gaming, and HQ HD rendering out of sony vegas...
