General Question About Computers

Lets say I have two desktop computers, one HP and one Dell. Provided they both have the EXACT same specs all over, same processors, same RAM, same video card, same everything, will their performances be relatively similar? What about within the same company? So like, will 2 dells with the EXACT same specs operate the same?

When I say everything, I don't just mean size. I mean the same brand, size, and everything about it. The exact same parts.
 
yes, of course. But, they don't have brand name parts besides a few key components, i.e. cpu, gpu, and maybe a sound card. The rest of the components are cheap crap and may not run the same as other cheap crap from a different company. If you were to buy all the exact same brand name components for two builds they would run almost exactly the same. Differences would be primarily in overclocking ability. No two cpus OC the same.
