overall which is the best media paler for playing /ripping cds please, I want to change from windows media player which I find a bit boring now and I need a faster way to ripping cds..thank you

You won't exceed like 52x read speed due to the cd breaking apart at higher speeds

Nothing wrong with windows media player, I use it to rip cd's, not much anymore though since the car I bought back in 2017 only has bluetooth. You don't want to rip too quick as there will be a greater chance of errors.

I use Windows Media Player, but then again, I never expected to be entertained with ripping a CD. Unless you're ripping a lot of them, I don't think it takes all that much time.

Incidentally (some will find this quite hilarious), although I have a growing collection of flash drives, I've got not one, but two CD/DVD drives in my computer. I'll probably never use both at the same time, but you never can tell. (I still use CDs sometimes, and on rare occasion, a floppy - the 3.5" of course).
