Genius Wireless TwinTouch Office problem

I have an extremely annoying issue with my Genius Wireless TwinTouch Office keyboard/mouse set. When ever I move the mouse the keyboard stops working, furthermore the keyboard is screwed up, Sometimes when I type something it either not writes it, or writes it two or three times making annoying typos all the time. I've tried replacing the batteries and I did the channel selection thingy but I still get the same error, anyone knows what to do?

perhaps a driver issue, try removing/disabling old keyboard drivers

I didnt get any drivers... I was told it plug and play... simply Plug into the USB port and use it

hmm, maybe you should try and find smoe drivers on the internet, most likely the source of your problem i bet! whats the model number

Sorry to say it didnt helped... the Mouse still gets jammed when keyboard is in use and vice versa

Anyone has any other ideas on what to do with it? It driving me insane... how am I suppose to play games with only a mouse or keyboard?
