Get my webcam working

I got a webcam with no installation CD or anything. I don't even know what brand it is. The sticker says MODEL: TC-115, S/N: 06T003209. When I plug the USB part in and hit the on button it says something about CIF Single Chip. I don't know anything about anything so just tell me what I need to do to get it working
 
Had the same prob with my logitech but was able to find programe does windows have a default webcam player though???
 
I dont think it does, but most programs he prolly wants to use it for will handle that if we can find the right drivers
 
No, mine doesn't look like the one in that link. Mine is circular. My friend said I need something called an amcap driver and I yahooed it and downloaded at least 3 different ones from different sites and it didn't work. I also searched for CIF Single Chip and downloaded a few different ones of those also and it still didn't work. I know absolutely nothing about webcams so I'm in a hole.
 
try googling your model no. and driver in cluded togeher. whats the brand? try going to there website.
