Well I'm getting a new computer after all these years. (finally!) My dad has finally agreed. Atm I'm looking for a gaming PC, and at first I was thinking about ordering parts from Newegg and building it. However seeing as my dad isn't up for paying full cash atm, and he'd rather finance a computer, I think I'm going to order one from Dell, seeing as how I can finance it there.
One of my friends has suggested this computer:

He said that it was an extremely good deal and I should go for it.
However my other friend tells me otherwise. he's telling me not to get that option because it would burn out, because it doesn't have enough power.
I'm not the greatest with computers, and was wondering which friend was right, and if this deal is worth getting.
