getting a new computer

Hi after having two laptops dye on me i decided to go for a desktop instead but i have no idea which one to get because there are so many out there so can u tell me what the best desktop and monitor bundle is out there now for £200-£250 and please can you make sure that it is a full size case and that it is in the uk
 
What do you use your pc for, just normal web surfing, email and stuff, no gaming? You don't have very much money to deal with, you won't get anything great.
