here are my CURRENT specs:

amd 64 athlon 2700@ 1.6 ghz.
sapphire radeonx800gto o/c'd to 425/535 (supprisingly very stable)
1gb. ocz mem. + 256mb. corsair xms mem.
apevia 500w psu
double western digital 40gb hdd's
double 15" dell screens @1024/768


what kind of fps will i get out of oblivian when i get it? i really like the eye-candy, but i want it to be smooth... also, will my new cpu help at all?
 
sheesh... conroe IS fast!!! i think that upgrading to the 3400 is the best way to go for me though. (got to keep it under 100$) 71fps is well beyond the human eyes ability to see. and the benchmarking they did on your referance were on 1280/800 past my monitors ability to suport.
