Getting back to windows from DOS

My girlfried was messing around w/her computer b/c she was trying to 'fix it', lol, but she booted the computer in DOS mode. I only know 2 commands for DOS, so I was wondering if anyone knows how I can reboot the computer so it starts in Windows instead of DOS? What do I have to type in DOS?
