So, the motherboard in my original computer died. I had a bunch of my files password protected in an Admin login. But now I can't access them on the other computer, is there anyway to get at the files? Thanks.

You could just plug the drive into your good computer. It should work, but I'm not 100% sure.

this mite work...

if you connect two pc's with a crossover cable you can copy files. Or if you only have 1 working pc, set up a raid0 and it will mirror everything on your old hard drive... are the two disks the same size?

Yeah, it's plugged into my good computer right now, but when I try to click into the folder that I have password protected it says "Not accessible. Access is denied."

Ok

ok well if the disks are the same size then u could sert up raid 0 and will copy ALL of youre files onto the other disk... alhtough that still leaves the access problem...not really sure
