getting my new case!!

hey guys, i posted on here what i thought my new build was gonna be and that i would prolly get one or two things a week until its done, and tomorrow im ordering the first part, getting the antec 900!!!!! with a $40 mib!! sooo stoked about getting it, if anybody has any input on what else to get, let me know, my planned build is all the way in the left of my sig, thanks guys!!
 
sry im a poor kid and i will be buying things as the funds are avail to me, and thats gonna be one or two things per week, but the case is first!!!
 
Yeah I recommend buying things that don't become obsolete as quickly. Things like the case(which you have done), PSU, optical drives, HDDs, and wait on the videocard a little so prices can drop and you can get a better card. I would also advise waiting 6 days until the release of the new Intel processors. Hope this helps.
 
yea it does thanks a lot, i was planning on next getting the hdd, then the psu, the dvd drive, then the speakers and ram, and then seeing what happens with the new processors and get the mobo at the same time
 
Yeah that sounds like a very good plan. I would think wait to buy RAM/CPU/MOBO all at same time because you want to select all three to be compatible with one another. Ram is also cheap (if DDR2) so this wont kill your pocket to wait.

And of course, if you can stand waiting some, get that graphics card as a grand finale.
 
yea thats what i was planning on doing with the vid card, i have a laptop and an old old desktop for now, so i can afford to wait, i just want to be happy with everything
