Getting new computer

Where here did I say he is stupid? Stupid to me means they can't learn. Not smart means he has not learned yet. I am not insulting him. Maybe my wording needs work, but I am not intending to.

I don't like AM3+ at all, as clock for clock it is slower in most cases than AM3, and far slower than intel. a i3 can tie most of them gaming stock.

Okay, I switched to Intel.
 
I saw, and that leaves your upgrade path open all the way through Ivybridge. I would personally go for the $51 dual core though, as its quite a bit more powerful. Either way you won't be disappointed.

If my budget opens up 10$ more, (which is becoming more likely) you bet I will.
