I just wanted to throw this out there, and recommend against getting a modular power supply. Not only are they more expensive, but less reliable. The modular connectors have a better chance of creating a short and/or becoming loose over time causing problems. I had a modular power supply a few years ago, and to be honest it didnt save me that much space in terms of cables.
I would strongly recommend a non-modular regular molex power supply as you will get more bang for your buck and long term reliability.
I wouldn't buy that. I have modular PSU too, never have problem. Freedom replace cable. More clean of wire.
And how can they short and loose easily? I wouldn't buy it either. There is no way that modular can have short or loose since it have stronge port.
