Somehow I got this app on my computer. I complained weeks ago as it was slowing my computer up.
Magically it disappeared from my Windows 10 Browser and all returned to normal.
Yesterday the app appeared again and it's causing problems.
If you goggle how to remove it the answers they show do not work.
I called Amazon again and told them to get this thing off my computer or tell me how to do it and all they did was dance around insisting "it's a virus and has nothing to do with us".
If I go to the apps on my computer and click on Amazon Assistant both Modify and uninstall show but they are shadowed and I cannot select either. Protected by Amazon I would think for some reason.
How do you get rid of this, does anyone know?
