Getting rid of Chinese on my languge settings

My computer keeps switching to Chinese as default when i switch my computer on, i bought it in China. How do i get rid of the Chinese language option?
 
im curious to know the operating system your using. from what ive seen like with windows 7 pro to be able to choose the language of choice requires Ultimate. Not home or Pro.

Then again why would the option be there if ya cant. ive seen it in xp pro and 7 pro.
never changed it though. any thoughts.
