Getting rid of spyware ContraVirus

Hi,
I have contra-virus on my computer and are trying to get it off. I have used Sybot S&D, Rogue Remover, Ad-Aware SE Personal and each program deletes a few contra virus files off but I still have the bubble at the bottom of the screen telling me the computer is infected. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
