getting rid or restor virus

does anyone here know how to get rid of the restore virus that keeps disabling system restor i mean in my computer properties it says it enables but then when i go to do it there are days with blue text but there not clickable

not sure if that is a virus.. but if you have an antivirus program.. try scanning your system.. if that didn't help.. try these tips.. might be just misconfiguration.
