Getting XP to recognize my internal hard drive

I just did a clean reinstall of windows recently and I've been having trouble getting xp to recognize a western digital internal hard drive (wd2000JD) that is plugged into a buslink sata pci card (SPCI2P). When the computer starts up it goes through the bios screen and has the hard drive listed but whenever i boot up xp it doesnt see it, I took some screen shots of the management utility to show that the computer is only seeing one drive. I've emailed buslink but they have yet to get back to me.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to install the driver for the pci card. See the section that says other devices??? Expand it and i'm sure you'll see something that needs a driver, which will be the pci card. There should have been a cd that came with the pci card with driver and software on it.
