Gf in trouble !

Ok, this isn't really jutnm , im his gf, i stole his PW and username to find out something for him. I'm trying to learn all these computer doo hikey video cards and i don't know which one to get him. So i started talkie to him about XMAS and gifts He keeps talking about this 9800 GTX but he told me there might be newer things coming out and also told me not to get him anything, but its a surprise for him. so i found these

so which one to get him ?? will there be new things out by december? and btw i can only spend 200 or so on it , if there are better cards than this, show me , so i can get him more bang for the buck
