It also seems that she has AVG and Antivirus 2008 installed. You should only use one. Also there is fragments left of norton yet.
 
Fix this. Also a good thing to use is CCleaner. That will clean out temp files and reg files. To get rid of viewpoint just go to task manager and cancel Viewpointservice.exe and then go to add/remove programs and un-install Viewpoint Manager.

First of all, viewpoint is not a "nasty," it comes with AOL or AIM, but it is unnecessary.

Second of all, that is not the way to properly uninstall Norton.

Those arent my problems!! LOL Duh read before you try to diss me. Viewpoint is a nasty as many have had problems with it. And I thought norton was already un-installed as there is only one reference to it and it was a "File missing". Duh and I saw no startup entried or services for norton therefor it is un-installed.
