Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 1.65v RAM?

Ok so ive got some kingston hyperX 1600MHz but that XMP wich is for intel right? also it needs 1.65v to run at that speed is that safe to do my board is only rated for 1.5v ram.
ive just been running at [email protected] JEDEC standards the ram supports this its just the 1600 thats XMP 1.65v
 
Its fine to bump it to 1.65. Its not rated at 1.5, thats just what the board boots to at default. You just need to manually set the Speed/Timing and Voltage.
