Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming VS Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3

Can anyone tell me the difference between these 2 boards?

I've looked on Gigabyte's site and can only see a few small differences, but most of the new jargon is totally lost on me since I've not looked at hardware specs for the last 5 years.

Just looking for some simple explanation of differences and whether the Gaming 3 is worth an extra £5

Besides different audio chip, and difference in usb 2 ports, it's mainly the rgb led's the gaming 3 has. Different size in boards as well, very minimal difference

Are the other differences, audio and usb 2 ports still the same with the gaming 3 atx version?

I compared the atx on both boards. Thats the difference.
