Gigabyte GA-Z77x-UD5H or UD3H?

Pretty set on a Gigabyte board for my 3570k. I'm coming off a Gigabyte board and liking the quality so I have narrowed it down to these two. I do want to overclock and do game. Talk me into getting one or the other.

the 5 will oc higher than the 3, but for me, id settle for the 3 and do a mild overclock for 24/7 usage.

Unless the extra $30 is going to put you over your budget I would go with the UD5H. A bit better for overclocking, better cooling by the CPU socket, 2 extra SATA 3 ports. Mine has been great for the month that I have had it.

If you want to save on cost, go UD3H, otherwise go UD5H.

I got the UD5H for the better sound chip and better cooling. Currently have the 3570k @ 4.5 with no problems and 16gb Samsung 1.35v 11-11-11-30 1600mhz ram overclocked @ 1.5v 9-10-10-28 and 2133 mhz. Could I have achieved these clocks/timings with the UD3H and saved $30? Maybe, but for what it's worth (since I can't side by side compare) I couldn't be happier with my choice and highly recommend this board to anyone.
