Gigabyte GTX 460 Kernel Mode stopped working

tonight i tried to get on Starcraft 2 and when it got to the sign in screen, the screen was all jagged and choppy. then i got a notifcation saying that

"Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 260.99 stopped respoding and has successfully recovered."

i tried reinstalling the drivers and it still says it. is there anything i can do to fix it or is there something wrong with my card?
 
Possible, can try running a test on the card with furmark, if it crashes or shows artifacts, you could be in need of a RMA
 
i dont really know how to use this. i just set it to my screen resolution and hit go and i didnt get any errors or anything.
