Gigabyte Rocket 3d CPU cooler

Hey!

I was wondering about my Gigabyte Rocket 3D cooler. It has a see through plastic plate near the top of it but i was wondering if i am supposed to remove that or not. In the instructions it does not say anything about removing it but it seems kinda un-perminant and loose so i was wonderin if anyone who has a Rocket 3D cooler can help me? Unless anyone is 100% sure im supposed to remove it i wont- i dont want to break it.

PS. how do you add your signiture?

Signature options are in the user control panel.

That plate at the top is to force the air to travel through the fins instead of straight out the top.
