Gigabyte, stable enough????

well this topic could fit in many sections, but since this is the main thing, then i guess this forum section will do.

anyways............ i was plannin to get a Gigabyte mobo for my upcoming comp. probably a kv8 Pro. it was the only one i liked and had 4 PATA.

i was bout to get a AMD 3500+, u think it would be stable enough?

also, i have heard someone say that like using ATI cards on a AMD mobo will lagg it and that nvidia would be faster. now... is that true? cuz i dont knoe wat to think. but i highly doubt that is true.... but just to make sure. :D

there's no reason why it wouldn't be stable... the normal niggles that most people have with their computers often comes down to drivers and configuration issues.
if you use good quality parts there shouldn't be any problems :)

Possibly but nobody will notice the difference and furthermore, "performance" and "stability" (which you asked about) are two different things :) To address the question regardless, it is true with nforce chipsets however as noted, its not eyeball-noticeable
