Gigabyte Vs. Other Mobos

I'm looking for a good motherboard that is easy to overclock.

Is Gigabyte a good brand to get or should I keep looking? It's going to be for my gaming build.
 
my asrock is really easy to overclock, i think it was made to be an overclockin board, cuz it came with all kinds of tools to overclock

Yeah, most people around have recommended Asrock. I don't know about MSI, although I believe they are the best. It's the one I've been operating on for the past 8 years and it's simply perfect. I've also formulated an opinion that Gigabyte is one of the worst choices (geek computer acquaintances have said that to me).

Gigabyte are good overclockers boards. You cant buy a 70 buck board and expect it to have features that a 150 buck boards does though.

Good Boards, Gigabyte - Asus - EVGA - DFI - Some MSI - Some Foxconn

Mid to lowend boards, Some MSI - Some Foxconn - Biostar - Asrock - PCchips - Jetway - ECS

Asrock is just a lower end asus board. Plus overclocking should be done through the bios, not with tools anyhow.

Many of them, but i do know that the X58 classified and X58 vanilla are not, but the X58 LE is.

Foxconn makes boards for XFX too. But they are made to EVGA and XFX standards/spec. And they make reference boards that are all the same that are used by all three companies. And Foxconn makes alot of OEM boards and boards by their own design. Thats why some of their boards should be made into a Frisbee and others are a quality boards.
