Gigabyte Z68 mobo with Corsair 430W PSU ok?

Hi guys, I bought a Corsair 430W powersupply earlier in the day and I just bought a Gigabyte Z68 mobo... unfortunately I didn't see the mobo recommendations of a 500W PSU. Would it not work? Should I get a new PSU from newegg where I just ordered the Corsair 430W? I got the 430W cuz it was on sale for $25 after MIR.

What CPU?

25 Bucks? What a bargain, that corsair unit is great, costs 60 bucks in australia.
