Gigabyte?

Ok, so I'm very happy with it in every way so far, looks and performance. But I was going to buy MSI and the guy convinced me to buy a Gigabyte 1080 TI. I'm wondering if I made the right choice or if I should return it for the MSI?

Most of them are pretty synonymous. I wouldn't really hassle with changing

Usually their cards are fine, although I'd research each model before purchase (obviously irrelevant here).

I know the 390 Gigabyte cards were pretty garbage and had barely any overclocking headroom before they got unstable due to VRM design. First gen of cards from them I've heard being noticeably bad though.

If you're not going for extreme overclocking... all of them should perform fairly similar to each other.

Well with a 1080 TI I don't see much need to overclock, and I wrecked my 770 overclocking so I'm not too enthused about the idea
