Im Looking into a computer with 8gb but it says 2dimm and i wanted to no what that mean

You may have the installed RAM confused with the Maximum RAM capacity.

Basically each DIMM will hold one stick of RAM, of various size.

If the board only has 2 DIMMS, and they spec the machine using
8Gigs of RAM, then it would need 2 x 4Gig sticks to max out the
RAM capacity.
