Giving Props To OCZ And Great Service

As the title states. On Sat. 08/15/09 I was cleaning up the inside of my case and notice the fan on my psu was hitting the top and wasn't freely spinning. I emailed them on the same day and got an automated response. Then later that day got a real response. On Monday they sent me an RMA. On Tuesday I sent them the defective unit and they received on Wednesday. As of Today 8/20/09 they sent me a replacement unit and tracking number which if UPS is on time I'll get tomorrow. All I can say is WOW... Computer parts can break, even the most expensive ones. But when you have customer service like this, it means everything to me. I just wanted to give a short write up and THANK YOU to OCZ...:D And no, I don't work for them and I'm not being forced (:eek:) or paid ( I wish ) for these comments...:good: Oh I had purchased the OCZ GameXStream 700 from Newegg 1 year ago 08/08.
 
So it's in, I got it today reworked all my cable mgmt. and it went without a hitch. I think it looks sooo much better than before. :good: Again thank you OCZ oh and by the way the shipper was PC Power and Cooling Inc. out of Carlsbad CA...
 
When OCZ got PC Power&Cooling, PC cooling founder and CEO took over as Chief Technology Officer for all of OCZ.
