Glossy Screen question

is there any way to cut down on glare? In school with it (fluorescent lighting) the glare is real bad.

Also, Ive got a linksys wireless print server, and every time i print, Im disconnected from the internet, and the only way to get back on is to go to routerlogin.com and refresh the wireless settings. Any suggestions? thanks
