gmail and changing profile

My ISP screwed up my email and can not get fixed. I have the ISP email on my main computer but after 20 hours on the phone they can not put it on any of my other computer or phone. So instead of going to another ISP provider I figure that I am going to use Gmail for everything so I have a lot of work to do. My question is how can I change my username, email address, and password for this site?

Create your new E-mail and ask an Admin to update it for you. I'm sure one will post to this thread.

Just change your email address. You don't need to change your username, etc.

Click on your username in the upright corner and select Contact Details. On that page just change your email address and then wait for the validation email to confirm it.

Yep, all you have to do is update your email address in your contact details. No need to create a new account or anything else.
