Gmail Notification

I am curious there a good safe program out there to notify you when you have a new email with gmail and msn/hotmail? I am thinking flashing icon/audible sound so when I am gaming I can hear it. I don't need fancy or anything just a simple notifier here that works and isn't leaking my login :)
 
Yeah but you need to login each time you boot the program + check your mail and it doesn't update automatically. Counter productive in the end and they claim there is a preference option but no such thing on the program to edit any options.
 
I see thank you for the help...my buddy had a copy of Multi EMail Notifier and it does what I need and we split costs 50/50 on the license :)

Ah. Don't use windows much, there's a linux version of the same thing, i use that one :P
It autologins, shame the windows one doesn't.
