Google E-mail. It gives you a large storage capacity, which is why most people like it. And you need an invite to sign up.

It doesnt use the normla ports though. It uses an SSL connection, which need to be enabled from the G Mail options. Then it should be port 995 IFRC

For future reference, when the necessity to publish your email address online comes up, then modify it by exchanging the "@" symbol for "(a)" or "(at)" at the very least.
