So I ordered a wireless antenna from newegg, and apparently UPS lost it. So I hopped on newegg and logged into one of their live chat services, and literally within 40 seconds, the customer service guy placed a new order for me to replace the lost item. If only every company has customer support like newegg!:D

Just thought I'd share :P

How did you know it was lost in the mail, did UPS tell you that?

He might have not received it for a while and might have contacted UPS and they might have said it was lost. Who knows.

Newegg rocks my socks...
 
wow thats good support,usualy custumer support is crap and you have to explain whats the problem to about 5 diffrent people as they pass you from person to person then they dont understand english :D

I contacted UPS and they told me that it's lost, and told me to contact the seller for refund/replacement.

I can't believe UPS, they mess up and they want the shipper to refund you. Hopefully Newegg has some kind of insurance with them (I'd imagine they would).
