Hello,

I am going to build a lower-end gaming PC. And i have the specs. My question is, with these am I going to be able to put more than 2GB of ram.. I am shooting for at least 3 or 4 GB. Also if there are any recommendations so i can improve the quality. It is suppose to be built for $500 or under. Thanks

I'm hoping to put more than 2GB of ram on this, would it be possible to put 3 or even 4Gb?

Looks like that particular motherboard has 4 slots and supports up to 16GB. Of course, you should be aware that XP doesn't really detect or use more than 2GB (someone else can explain why, I'm no expert), but that's no reason not to install it anyway for the future.

Edit: Here's an option for RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148212

Just do a mobo/RAM compatibility check, of course. I couldn't find that mobo on Crucial's list.
