Change the motherboard to something more recent, 880G at least. Keep in mind that an OEM cpu doesn't come with a CPU cooler, so you will need your own, plus thermal paste.

I have a CPU heatsink and fan. And why a better motherboard I don't need it as I have 4 1GB ram sticks that are DDR2, I'm not spending any more. I'm on a real tight budget
