Gonna get a new cpu!

So i got on my dekstop the first time in 4 weeks(reformated), and i was downloading drivers, and saw that there was a new driver for my mobo, and it supports the new am3 processors!!!

I was like, HOLY SH@T,thats awesome, cause i dont have to spend alot of money on new stuff...

So what should i get...

P2 945x4- 140$
P2 925x4- 130$ (isnt it the same proc. as the 945?)
P2 555x2- 90$
A2 635x3- 100$
A2 435x3- 65$ <-------This looks like a great deal, all i have to do is overclock it.


I have 250 bucks in cash, my rig is in the sig, i just want something that would be the best bang for my buck. thoughts?
 
Well what will you be using your computer for? There is no point spending alot of money for something as petty as web browsing :)
 
wow, cant beleive i forgot that lol...

Its my gaming machine, and video encoding mainly, web browsing is done on my lappy.
