You will need to set it to 1600 in the BIOS but you would for any board. Other than that it will work just fine.

They will work just fine.

What they mean by OC is that you will need to set the speed from 1333 to 1600 in the BIOS. Technically that is overclocking your ram but the ram is already rated to run at those speeds you will have no trouble doing so.

I would still go with the ones that I recommended you earlier. Better timings and heat spreaders is worth the extra money IMO.
