good/bad brands ?

i'm looking for a new video card. what brands are to be avoided ?

idk but about bad brands but i need to know you mobo and yoru price range to suggest a brand for you

NVidia: XFX, eVGA,

ATI: XFX, and i think its visiontek that gives a lifetime waranty? and gigabyte is good

ok if were doing it that way nvidia also has bfg which is a great brand but again depends on alot of things...

BFG only in the US

anywhere else the warranty doesnt cover as well (in the US its 10 years...)

thank you all. i know its not the latest/best. but i am not an advanced user, no gaming. just a surfer that wants my new HP w2207h to look its best. it is hdmi, so it looks like i will need a hdmi to dvi cable.
