coolermaster, thermaltake, antec, there are others. the lower the dba the quieter. around 19dba would be quiet. check your case for the size. looks like it will be the back one(if i remember right)
 
I agree. I haven't had my HD103SJ for long, but I think that Samsung is now better than Seagate in terms of speed and reliability. I've seen a good few Seagates kick the bucket lately. Also, that Cooler Master looks like a pretty sweet fan. :)
