Looking for a different motherboard if cheaper is possible while still maintaining the possibility of SLI in the future. Let me know if you would replace anything or get anything else while the sale is on....

Yea everything looks fine. Are you going to game on this rig as well? You could definitely run just about any game on max settings so that's good. The only thing I think you could change is the heatsink. Try looking for a Zalmann heatsink because they are very durable and really keep your CPU cool They are about the double the price of your current one, but it's well worth it.

What about a monitor though?

I have a 20" LG monitor already, as for the heatsink I will look into that. I was under the impression that Scythes were good though, but yes word is Zalman is the best...

OH yeah and this will be for gaming.

Well if you're good on the monitor then I guess you're all set! Yea I would look into investing in a Zalman just because of their reputation. I have one and I love it because I saw a drastic change in my CPU's temp the moment I installed it. Great heatsink to have.

That's a very good PSU you've seen there (I've got a Corsair 520w, fantastic unit) and I've seen it running SLi machines no issue (Kornowski will be attempting to run that motherboard with two 8800GTS's which are more power-hungry). Beware of small cases though - the single slot coolers aren't fantastic at heat dissipation (again, from experience, very hot after DiRT) so an Antec 300 isn't the best for SLi, if you can afford it go for the 900 or the Coolermaster CM690 (replace the Coolermaster fan for SLi though, it's weak).
