Good Case?

So is this a good case? I'm concerned about the side panel fan.
How about any other suggestions? (try to stay in the same price range)

Or should I spend the extra $70 and then wait for the $50 rebate and get this one?

I do like the second one better. The first one isn't too hideous... okay now that I look at it again it really is...

Not only is it hideous but when you put it next to a great chassis like choice 2...
